What terms do you offer?

We offer flexible terms, depending on your requirement. We have short term and long term agreements available.

What is the price range for fully serviced office space?

Airport Business Centre office prices are based on the size of office with prices starting at under £200/month.

What kinds of companies are located at Airport Business Centre?

We have a great variety of companies on board, including multi-nationals, international and local companies across a great spectrum of sectors. Our current tenants are listed here 

Are your meeting rooms fully equipped?

Yes, our conference and meetings rooms have Wi-Fi, speaker phones with conference calling capabilities, white boards, and projectors. We have some additional services as well as refreshments available.

As a tenant of Airport Business Centre, what amenities can I offer my employees?

Your employees will have full access to the outdoor areas, free parking, a café on site (available to order refreshments from or eat in), showers facilities and disabled access.

Is a parking space included in the lease?

There is ample parking available that come on a first come first served basis. There are designated bays for your visitors and for disabled guests.

What does it mean that Airport Business Centre is a secure site?

The whole of Airport Business Centre is covered by a Net2 entry system. It requires an entry card to gain access to specific areas that you require. Once you become a tenant you will receive your card, one card per employee.

When do I have access to my office?

Access is granted 24/7 via your swipe card – it’s your office so you should have access whenever you want it.

When do I pay the rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is payable by standing order.

Are your offices furnished?

Normally, offices are leased unfurnished although some may have basic furniture. All offices have power and data sockets. We can provide telephones and up to 100 Mbps broadband if required through our on-site IT company, Stem Group.

Do you require a deposit?

Subject to a satisfactory company credit check we require NO deposit. If your company is unregistered or is a new start up company, we require 1 month’s rent as a deposit. This is payable before your term begins.

If I have any problems during my lease who do I speak to?

We have an appointed Tenant Liaison Officer and all other staff will be happy to help in any way they can.

Can I break the lease early?

There are specific break points in your agreement where you are able to give notice to vacate.

How do I return the office space at the end of the lease?

The property should be returned in the condition you received it in with all the keys and security cards.

When is my security deposit returned to me?

On completion of the office lease, we return the security deposit to you after all outstanding bills have been paid and any damages repaired.
